According to ENISA (European Union Agency for cybersecurity), the data threat landscape over the past year shows that with more than 10 terabytes of data stolen monthly, ransomware still fares as one of the prime threats in the new report, with phishing now identified as the most common initial vector of such attacks. While cyber-attacks on the digital infrastructures and data of businesses and public administrations become more and more sophisticated, SMEs cannot keep up. Having to spend their limited resources on business development, cybersecurity and prevention is often an afterthought. Basic “cyber hygiene” and prevention are crucial first measures to increase resilience.
The PUZZLE project strives to improve the awareness and knowledge of SMEs so that they can better resist cyber threats. Through state-of-the-art technologies, including AI, trusted computing and Blockchain, SMEs & MEs will enhance their security and efficiently process information flows and online collaboration knowledge sharing.
Through a series of Innovation Workshops to be held with the partners in Validation Contracts, the PUZZLE project will also deliver cybersecurity awareness training and share best practices for SMEs so that along technical improvements in cybersecurity, companies will also be able to implement better cybersecurity culture within their organisation.
The 2nd Innovation Workshop, “Fostering Cyber Resilience for SMEs”, will be held in Brussels on February 15th 2023, from 09:30 to 11:00 CET.
PUZZLE is inviting you to join the event and learn more about innovation around the PUZZLE framework and get first-hand practical information for better cyber protection for SMEs&MEs.
The workshop is organised and will feature representatives of the PUZZLE Consortium and representatives from Validation Contracts Partners. You will meet the PUZZLE Team and have the opportunity to resolve some of your cybersecurity doubts. Panel discussions and Cyber Range Exercises will be held during the workshop. New information coming soon! So, stay tuned.
